If you are not satisfied with these headphones you can return them within 7 days for a full refund for any reason at all. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. To make your return easier you can request by e-mail a return shipping label, and I will e-mail it to you as a PDF attachment. All you will have to do is pack up the headphones, print out the label and hand the package to your friendly mailman or UPS driver. When I issue the refund I can deduct the actual shipping cost from your refund, which will be $11 or less. * These are used original Bose QC2 first generation headphones. Do not buy these headphones if you plan to use them with the iPhone kit because they will not work properly with the iPhone. You will need to purchase a pair of second generation headphones if you want to use them with an iPhone. Please e-mail me if you have questions.
